Our team is expanding further and we are looking for an experienced designer to join our award-winning team to help us stay at the top of our segment in the automotive accessory market. Our designers have a key role to play in helping Yakima to meet our strategic goals. As part of Yakima's engineering team you will be responsible for all aspects of design and development of products, through the whole product life cycle.
This position includes a variety activities as well as CAD work, it requires a degree of hands-on work in prototype building and testing using our in-house workshop. Tasks during travel to our manufacturing plant (overseas) may include assisting Yakima's on-site engineering team, tool trials, supplier visits, test and validation.
